The location is perfect, the staff are helpful and very friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, we had a great time, and it was a real pleasure to stay just steps from Piazza di Spagna. One thing to remember for people with limited mobility: the apartment is on the third floor of a historic building with no elevator.

The staff were excellent, the room was immaculate, and the suite’s location was close to all the city’s highlights. The only downside was that access is only via stairs, something that could have been highlighted more during booking.

The room was well‑located, spacious, and clean, right next to the Spanish Steps, with good air conditioning. However, reaching it required climbing more than 50 stairs after navigating a long hallway behind a restaurant and a working kitchen—an odd entrance that becomes tiresome if you move in and out of the room frequently. The price was high, but comparable to other rooms in the area.
