The receptionist’s treatment was excellent, though the water took a while to heat up. The breakfast was the only downside.

“Tres bon choix pour sejourner au centre ville”

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was able to check into my room at 7 am even though the official check‑in is much later. The room was clean, the water was hot, and the location is ideal: a 20‑minute walk to the bus terminal and just a 2‑minute walk to the Plazza de Arma.

“Insatisfait car le logement n'était pas hygiénique et pas aéré”

The beds are comfortable. The welcome was fairly pleasant. The minimum equipment is adequate. However, the photos give a better impression than reality; the ceiling is moldy, the windows look out onto the hallway, it smells stuffy, and it isn’t hygienic.
