The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby looked tidy and quiet. The bed sheets and towels were clean, and the room was a decent size. However, the place had a strong, aggressive mold and mildew odor, and the staff tried to mask it with air freshener, which seemed wrong and possibly dangerous. I found dirty washcloths hanging in the shower, Skittles and other food scattered on the floor, a dirty microwave, and a filthy fridge.

The bed was soft. The room smell like humidity mold and the tv was an older model, which didn’t go up barely any couldn’t really even hear the volume from laying in the bed. The staff wouldn’t change my room. They didn’t have an open room for me to get because I couldn’t handle the smell so I just decided to say in that room because I’ve already pre-paid for the room to actually come into the building later on that night to get checked in which was about 7 o’clock that evening. Around 9 o’clock, I had two individuals coming into my room sitting there saying this is their room. The staff done gave access to two men when I already book the room which somehow the staff said it was an error in the system, but I don’t see how when the staff That booked me in was the same staff that did the era a few minutes later the staff decided to come to the room and instead of knocking on the door, waiting for someone to come to the door to see if anyone actually was even in the room and occupied the room. The staff just open the door And came straight on in which I think was very unprofessional because of me being a female it was an uncomfortable feeling that knowing the staff would do that plus give access to my room with two men all in all I would never rent a room from this place again

The building was well maintained and the staff were friendly, but the shower and curtain were dirty. When I arrived, a young woman was on the sofa and loudly cursing on the phone, which left a bad first impression despite the night attendant being polite and helpful.
