The building and balcony were great, and the staff were friendly. The pool wasn’t heated and was a bit dirty, and in the room it would have been better if the bathroom had doors.

“Impressed”

Very nice, clean, and well maintained—exactly as advertised. The bed was good, the Samsung smart TV was nice, and getting to the city was easy, though it felt more like a suburb. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi signal in the room was weak, barely usable, probably blocked by the brick walls, but even with that it was still a 5/5 experience.

The design was great, the kitchen equipment was solid, the bathtub was nice, and the pool was a highlight.

The house was newly renovated and beautifully decorated with a unique, stylish interior. The pool was a great feature, and everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so having a car is recommended. What disappointed us was the lack of information and personal contact upon arrival; no one showed us around or explained the facilities, leaving us uncertain about which areas were for guests and which belonged to the owners. At times it felt like we were staying in the middle of a family gathering rather than a guest property. We also expected some hospitality service, such as the option to purchase breakfast, but this was not offered. The overall atmosphere felt a little unusual because we rarely saw any staff during our stay. Additionally, the name “Castle Transylvania” gave us the impression that the property might be a historic or castle‑like building, but in reality it is a residential house in a pleasant neighbourhood.

“Polecam, naprawdę warto piękne miejsce”

The pool was great and the rooms were nicely designed. The only downside was the cold water in the jacuzzi.
