We received a room with a direct sea view of Black Rock; everything was simply perfect, although the room might have been a bit basic, it had nothing missing and everything around was amazing. The hotel’s beach area and the pool zone were just a jump from the bed to the sea, and the hotel offered things like yoga and Hawaiian necklace making. Nothing!

The service was exceptional; everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and ready to help from the moment we arrived. Our original room didn’t have the partial ocean view we had booked, so the front desk moved us right away. When we found the mattresses too soft, the staff switched our room again and had the housemen reinforce the beds for more comfort. Their patience and dedication alone deserve five stars. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well organized. The pools were cleaned nightly, and all the restaurants and the buffet served excellent food. The mattresses were much softer than we prefer and were not very comfortable, but the staff went above and beyond to find a solution for us.

The resort sits on the famous Black Rock, with pools and close proximity to the main beach strip; the hotel restaurants are great (except for breakfast, which is served as a snack buffet that really doesn’t justify the $50 per person price!). Keep in mind that they’re not cheap, but the beach strip is dreamy. The room was swapped twice: first because of a strong cleaning‑product smell from the rug that triggered an allergy, then because the mattress was broken in part—although the staff were lovely and swapped rooms without issue and with great courtesy. Breakfast was very expensive and not worth the high cost, even compared to Hawaii ($50 per person before tip). The hotel price was very high for the value we received.

The hotel feels ultra‑modern and stylish. The lobby sits on the upper level, is wonderfully open, and offers a gorgeous view of the sea, the gardens, and the pool. The reception girls were incredibly friendly and sweet. As a welcome gesture they gave us a refill bottle and a shell necklace :-) We received a room upgrade and were thrilled. Thank you again. The suite was huge, bright, modern, and high‑quality, with two great balconies and a lovely bathroom. The hotel is right on a beautiful, long, fine‑sanded beach at Black Rock Rock. The pool area is pretty and very cozy. The garden with its little ponds is absolutely stunning. The only downside was that there weren’t enough loungers by the pool.

l'hôtel, la piscine et la plage sont absolument magnifiques. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. La salle de bain et le balcon avec vue sur mer étaient un vrai plus! la salle de sport aussi. Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien!
