Everything was great: the hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, respectful and very accommodating, and the location was convenient for restaurants; I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it, though the construction noise during the stay was annoying because they’re expanding or renovating the property.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing negative.

The room furnishings were top‑level and it felt like a dream; the breakfast room was renovated and we received massage vouchers, which we liked a lot, but the staff spoke poor English.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room on the 4th and 5th floor offers an amazing view.

Location and comfort of the room. The restaurant area was not usable and we think to an upgrade so breakfasts not available. The worst of it was the near 2 days of hammering to remove concrete. Although this was on the 7th level and 5 floors above us it was very loud. Some limit on the timing rather than until nearly dark would have been better. This isn't likely to affect future bookings so I rate the hotel highly
