The cleanliness was good, but the location was inconvenient and the bathrooms had issues, especially the hot water.

Nothing else to add. The cleanliness was lacking, the position relative to the beach was poor, the room’s air was sealed with no ventilation to the toilet, the TV only had 3‑4 channels that weren’t visible in the picture, the first room we got was awful (you can see in the photos), we were offered another room (the booking shows we could cancel for free up to 6 pm but the receptionist said she couldn’t refund us because she had kept the room for us even though other rooms were available), and the later room still had holes in the walls and the door barely closed.

The photos didn’t match reality; the furniture was shabby, the bed was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, water leaked, the smell was unpleasant, the room was very hot, and the air vents sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t.

The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were quick to resolve issues; they even called. However, there were many annoying non‑functional details that should be fixed before a guest arrives and makes a list of them. It can be managed in the near future.
