The bed was really comfortable and the location was awesome; the staff were lovely and I would definitely book again. The room was spacious, though a bit dated, but still a 5‑star experience.

“十分に満足”

I chose this place for its good access; it was convenient and comfortable even in the heat, so I didn’t sweat. The room with lounge access was a perfect choice. There was no view, but the food, including the morning meal and cocktail time, was satisfying. Overall, I felt a bit of old‑time vibe.

The location and concierge staff, especially Lucky who went out of his way to help, were great. A room change was done immediately when we reported a bathroom problem, with no questions asked. Nothing else to add.

The hotel is very strategically located along Canton Road and is connected to Lane Crawford of Harbour City. The sea view is amazing. There are gym & swimming pool facilities. The rooms are spacious. I won’t say I don’t like but a new upholstery of the furniture and carpets will be ideal for such an amazing hotel
