The welcome and the owner’s helpfulness. We were less pleased with the relatively small room overlooking the street. During the Féria period it was hard to sleep well for the pilgrims.

The location, price and cleanliness were great, and the staff were super attentive, but there was no air conditioning and we had to climb a lot of stairs.

We stayed at the pension and it was outstanding; my daughter, our dog and I had a lovely room with a street‑view window in the historic centre, and we loved how the place blends modern and historic vibes with plenty of charm and flair. The neighbourhood was surprisingly quiet in the evenings, with only the occasional passerby, giving us a lovely sense of being in the heart of the old town while still sleeping comfortably. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return another time.
