The location is fine, the staff is friendly and professional, the chef is amazing, the higher‑floor windows offer beautiful views, and the parking is comfortable with staff who had already told us how to get there.

The location is good. The first time I was impressed by the reception and the room, but the second time the reception felt like a punishment, as if they wanted me to work there. The room’s elevator was a slalom through long corridors, and the elevator down was a final climb to reach the room 😔.

“Dobry hotel ale ma swoje niedogodności”

The location is very good, the underground parking is on site, and the staff are pleasant. The elevator system between the two buildings made getting to the room on the third floor awkward: you had to ride up to the sixth floor, walk through a long corridor to a second elevator, and then descend to the third floor. This was uncomfortable and complicated, especially on the last day when the elevators were taken for inspection and we had to move around with our luggage on the stairs. The notice at the entrance mentioned the inspection would start at 12 pm, after check‑out, but in our case it began much earlier. Another downside was the cramped breakfast area: many guests crowded in, chairs and tables were packed close together, making it hard to move around with a chair next to another table.

“Wygodnie, czysto i miło. Polecamy”

Clean, tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful; we recommend it and will return. Only single beds were available, which were comfortable but a single large bed was missing—a tiny drawback. We recommend the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, easy to find, has excellent parking, a perfect location, and fabulous staff. I highly recommend it!
