The location is great, the place is clean, and the breakfast was very good and complete. There’s nothing to complain about, and the value for money is worth it.

The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy, with excellent service. The old air‑conditioning didn’t work properly, and we kept having power cuts because the breaker kept tripping.

The reception was very friendly and the cost‑benefit ratio excellent. It’s a quiet place, perfect for sleeping, with no noise; I’ve stayed at other hotels in Chapecó and this one surpassed them in quietness.
