We were assigned a three‑bedroom suite when it was almost sold out and we arrived late at night, so we were quite pleased. The staff were ready to help at the highest level. The first night, there was no hot water, so I had to complain to the front desk; after about an hour hot water returned, and I could imagine how relieved everyone in the hotel was with us.

I had a fantastic stay; everyone said the hotel was mediocre with many issues, but I loved everything—clean, tidy, and all the amenities were in great shape.

The staff were really cute, but the room was in poor condition: the linens were torn, everything looked very old, and the shower head was broken so we had to shower on the floor.
