Я здесь уже не в первый раз, но, при этом, хочется снова и снова сюда возвращаться. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готов откликнуться на твоё обращение. В номере всегда исключительно чисто. Особо хочется отметить наличие Соляной комнаты. Это бесспорно лучшая Соляная комната, которая мне встречалась. Завтраки?! Вне всяких похвал. Просто супер! Вид? Приезжайте, и вы сами убедитесь, насколько здесь красиво и вся окружающая обстановка располагает к эмоциональной разгрузке. В номере уже "просится" косметический ремонт. Персонал бассейна должен жёстче требовать от родителей, чтобы их дети соблюдали правила поведения (не прыгали с бортика, не ныряли в бассейне-джакузи для взрослых)

A fantastic hotel—perfect for a family holiday. The playroom is great, the animators are friendly, and the workshops are interesting. The spa is good. Breakfast is wonderful, tasty, and varied.

We liked it and didn’t want to leave. The hotel is nice, comfortable, very clean, and the staff are perfect. The program is rich for both adults and children. The view from the windows is wonderful. The breakfasts are perfect and worth the money. The pool is really warm. The only downside: next to the resort building there’s construction, so it gets noisy in the room during the day.

Everything was great: the location, the tasty breakfasts, the spa is simply superb. The staff are very friendly. The area is beautiful, with an incredible mountain view. The “Bear Mountain” restaurant cooks delicious food. While staying here, I broke my leg in Bukovel and had to rush to Kyiv; the hotel offered to refund the remaining days. Highly recommend.
