The owner and his right‑hand man were very friendly and eager to help. There was a small swimming pool that was nice to use, and the views were good. Our room was a decent size, located away from the main building, so noise was minimal. The breakfast was extremely poor: we only got eggs and frankfurter sausages with no choice, dry bread, basic cheese, olives, jam, salad, and cold chips once. Butter was provided only 30% of the time, and fruit was only given the next day if we requested it. We had to buy our own cereal because the same food every day became tiresome, and milk supplies were very low. No fruit juice was offered. The evening meal was supposed to be a la carte, with options like chicken, fish, or meatballs, but the cooking quality was mostly poor. Internet access was hit‑and‑miss; our room had to piggyback off another room, and when that room was empty we had no Internet. During a power cut one evening, there was no backup power, no candles, nothing—we had to use our phones for light. The room was labeled "luxury" but offered no tea, coffee, or toiletries, very little bedding, the whole room sloped downward, and only 2 towels. There was a working fridge, but fitting drinks in required good Jenga skills. Clean sheets and towels were only provided if we asked for them, and no one told us housekeeping wouldn't be automatic. A bin near our room was used several times but never emptied over our 10‑day stay. Although the hotel is in the mountains, access is extremely poor and if you’re not a confident driver it’s a problem. Only three people worked there, and they all smoked constantly; it was extremely casual.
