“Excellent facilities, great location for outdoor excursions”

The front desk team was extremely helpful, thorough, and attentive; they even handled a spa booking change and fixed a restaurant issue for us. The spa itself was fantastic—massages were great, and the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus after a long hike. The only hiccup was a restaurant problem: my partner, who isn’t fluent in Polish, was frustrated with a server’s English, and the server walked away. The front desk noticed and resolved it right away, which we appreciated.

“OK for corporate events. Forget it if you are visiting as you are unlikely to be welcomed.”

The location is good for visiting local sites. The restaurant was very poor, and breakfast was equally disappointing. The staff were inattentive and disinterested, and the breakfast buffet didn’t get replenished when it ran out. The hotel seems to favor corporate events over visitors, so I wouldn’t stay again and would look for other nearby accommodation.

The location is very nice in nature. The room was small, the old‑fashioned lock system was awkward, breakfast quality was low, and the rooms weren’t very well sound‑isolated.

A great spot for trips to castles like Orlich Gniazd. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The SPA area is there, but it can be hard to find a spot at times. The heated pool is about 200 m away and requires an extra fee, which is noted in the description.
