The room and bathroom were roomy, spotless, and cozy. The property was well kept and had a lift, which was very handy. The water pressure was a little slow, but still acceptable and didn't cause much trouble.

The hotel sits close to a mamak restaurant and a self‑service laundry, both within walking distance. The room and facilities were very tidy and well maintained, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Kluang is a quiet small town ideal for a short weekend break. Nearby attractions include Gunung Lambak, popular with hikers and nature lovers, and Kluang Rail Coffee, a famous local café opened in 1939 known for its traditional coffee and local treats. Overall, Kluang is an underrated Malaysian spot, offering a relaxed vibe, rich heritage, and good food. The only small improvement I’d suggest is providing indoor slippers, since the tiled floors can get quite cold at night. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d gladly recommend both the hotel and Kluang to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. The tiled floor might benefit from indoor slippers for guests.
