The value for money and the location were very good. However, the lack of a sign made it hard to confirm that I had arrived at the right place.

The location is superb, right next to the CN Tower and the train station, with plenty of dining options downstairs. The room is cozy, fully equipped, and the online support team is enthusiastic and attentive. Aside from a slightly longer wait for the elevator, everything else was perfect.
