The staff were attentive. The pool area does not have a phone to call the kitchen when ordering drinks or food.

The tea and cookies in the lobby were nice. The staff were friendly. The place was calm and safe. The only suggestion I have is that the curtains are not in very good condition; they got stuck. In my room there was no mini‑fridge and I wanted to keep a Gatorade I hadn’t finished. But it’s just a suggestion, not a big deal. We had a great time and are satisfied for the next visit.

All the comforts for a holiday or business trip are there, the staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, and the buffet offers a wide selection of high‑quality food. I noticed some worn‑out parts in the bathroom—paint, sink, bathroom doors, and shower doors—that could be fixed with better upkeep, but it didn’t bother my stay.
