I really appreciate the central location at the city square! The room’s equipment, toilet and shower were all great. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. I would recommend it!

Nothing about their service is good; I’d rather stay at a different pension. They never sent me the room key code, so I had to call them twice and even the phone on the door didn’t work. I had to contact the booking office, which also called them, but nobody answered, costing me two and a half hours of my trip. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Imagine staying there and having to wait all night for a code, and if the room has any issue no one comes to help—only in the morning do they open the restaurant, which feels old and unsafe. I can’t understand how a place like that still operates.

Room number 7 was really tiny. WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the hallway. We stayed just one night, so it was fine.

The room was modern and spotless, with comfortable beds and a smart TV that let us log into streaming services even though we speak English. The location was right in the square, and a small bar fridge in the room meant we could grab drinks from nearby. We arrived in summer and the room had no air conditioning or fans, so it was quite warm. There was no kettle or coffee, tea, or milk in the room, but I would stay again for sure 🥰
