After finishing our 12‑day Walkers Haut Route, we checked into the Continental Hotel, which offered a reasonable price for Zermatt and a great location; we even had our suitcase delivered from Chamonix before arrival, though we had to check in at a different hotel just a few minutes away – the staff were fantastic. The downside was the lack of air conditioning; we arrived in Zermatt at 32 °C and the bathroom featured a shower over a bath, which could be problematic for older guests.

There was no staff on site to check us in, so we had to go to a sister hotel for that; the accommodations were just fair, but the included breakfast was excellent.

Très bien situé!. Le matelas trop dur et les oreillers trop molles ! Le bain beaucoup trop haut!
