“I would not stay again just because of the price, really want a refund tbh”
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the hotel was far too pricey for what it offered, a point even the staff admitted. I was also let down by the early checkout at 11:00 a.m. instead of the usual 11:30 a.m., so overall the stay didn’t feel worth the money. I’d like a refund. The pillows and sheets were stained, and I found a few ants in the bathroom. When I turned on the shower, the water initially ran brown; I hoped it would clear up, but the lack of cleanliness and condition of the room was unsettling, especially given my expectations for higher standards.
