Located 20 meters from the beach in Limenaria, Hotel Asterias features a traditional beachfront restaurant serving fresh seafood and local specialties. The hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Potos village and 42 km from Limenas, the capital of Thassos, with free Wi-Fi access in public areas.

The Greeks are very kind and welcoming people, and the owners and hotel staff poured all the hospitality and friendliness we could imagine onto us. The room had a few inconveniences, but they were more than compensated for by the staff’s attentiveness and responsiveness. Although the menu wasn’t very diverse, the cooking quality and taste were top‑class, and the beds were comfortable with fresh linens. The breakfast‑lunch‑dinner format was confusing: no matter how many people stayed in a room, everyone received one salad and one starter, while each person got a main course. Drinks were not included in the “breakfast‑lunch‑dinner” policy, as the waiter explained, but I didn’t ask for clarification. The menu didn’t list ingredients, so with medical dietary restrictions we had to try dishes at random, sometimes with undesirable side effects. There were no mosquito nets on the balcony door or the shower window, so flies were constantly present. Our room was directly above the kitchen, forcing us to slam the window shut, and the room’s air‑conditioner didn’t work very well. In the bathroom I’d like a shower head mounted above my head instead of at foot level, and a stronger water pressure. The Wi‑Fi connection was subpar; if reliable internet is essential, arrange a mobile hotspot in advance.

We spent a wonderful week at Hotel Asterias and were satisfied with everything. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Towels and bed linens were changed every two days. The food was delicious and more than generous for us. The owners and staff were very friendly, and we would gladly return anytime. I had no complaints.

Gyönyörű helyen van a Hotel, közvetlen a tengerparton. Mi tengerre néző szobában voltunk ahonnan egy csodálatos kilátás tárult elénk. Mi ezt az egészet csak élvezni tudtuk a látvány az emberek a kis nyüzsgés a görög emberek vendégszeretete. A korábbi kommentekkel ellentétben a reggeli és vacsora igenis bőséges. Reggeli mindig adott, viszont nagyon finom és mi nagy mennyiségeket kaptunk! A vacsora menülapról választható, nagyon nagy a választék, húsok sertés csirke több variációban , többféle hal, rák. Tésztafélék. Saláták, nagyon ajánljuk a Görög és az Asterias salátákat, többféle előétel közül is lehet választani, itt kiemelnénk a cukkinit, amit nem érdemes kihagyni, isteni a sajtkrokett, a gomba, mindent érdemes megkóstolni. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, nagyon szépen köszönünk mindent Marianak a tulajdonosnak és minden kedves felszolgáló és munkatársának!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Szívvel lélekkel ajánlom a Hotel Asteriast Mindenkinek!!!!. Konkrétan nincs negatív tapasztalatom, csak ötletként adnék tanácsot: A szobában lehetne több szekrény vagy polc. Valamint ami fura nekünk hogy a kávéhoz külön kell kérni kiskanalat😊 valószínűleg ott ez természetes. A zuhanynál kicsit várni kell a melegvízre, de jön. Ezek a dolgok senkit ne riasszanak vissza, ezek nem problémák!!!!!
