The attention to detail is impressive, though sometimes it’s a bit excessive—good service can also mean being discreet.

Stepping through the door, you’re enveloped by quiet sophistication, superbly equipped facilities, friendly staff, great food, and a calm vibe; the city’s noise seems to vanish. I can’t find any downside.

“Generally ok but should be better for such luxury class”

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the TV had a timer that shut it off automatically, the secured Wi‑Fi stopped working after the third night, the room was too dim, pre‑arranged requests weren’t fulfilled, and there was no dining discount for hotel guests.
