The cubes were private. The staff played very loud music next to the room. The room was on the same floor next to the reception. At 8:30 am the staff came to clean the other beds while we were still asleep. They made no effort to be quiet and even started singing. The smell in the room was also unpleasant.

The price is good, but for the same cost you get a 4‑star hotel next door. The reception was mediocre and the soundproofing was lacking.

The location is right in the middle of the diving clubs and the bathrooms are clean. No towels were provided and it seemed no housekeeping worked for the three days I was there. The dorm (very small) is literally in the hostel hall, so if you need quiet sleep, look elsewhere.

Perfect spot for a night in Semporna, right on the road by the sea with restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Clean and the sea‑view rooms are well maintained. Semporna is a fascinating place with its contrasts.
