The place is gorgeous, in a welcoming spot surrounded by greenery. If you want peace, it’s perfect. The rooms are functional, clean, and well furnished. The pool sits in a fairy‑tale setting. The home‑style food is very good, and the manager Lucio is friendly, helpful, and knows how to make you feel at ease. Highly recommended for recharging; we’ll definitely come back.
A very pleasant place for a quiet break. The apartment was tidy and well maintained, and Lucio took care of every issue and was very helpful. You can also eat well on site. A large pool, silence, and calm – the ideal place to relax. I recommend it!
“Un posto paradisiaco isolato nelle colline Gubbiesi!”
A paradisiacal spot on a hill, 20 minutes from Gubbio’s center; despite the isolation, the wifi is great and the mobile signal is good. The summer pool is stunning! The owner is a pleasant travel companion who keeps you company and gives local tips, clearly passionate about his job. They offer lunch/dinner options and the kitchen is excellent and affordable. You should know that the road is well paved up to 1 km from the property, then the final stretch is a challenging gravel/stone path with a sharp turn to watch out for; nothing impossible, but better be prepared with the right transport. At night you’re almost “forced” to dine on site because it’s unsafe to climb back on the dark, uneven road. Even so, I’ll come back!

The rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of outdoor space, including a large pool where you can relax peacefully. The attached restaurant is excellent, with quality homemade cooking. The road to the property is rough, with the last 800 metres being gravel.
