“Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht”

The mattress, pillow and duvet were all excellent, and the towels were high‑quality and plentiful. Cleanliness was just okay, with the spots you have to bend or stretch to reach being rather dirty, and the room stayed dim despite the lamps, so we didn’t get the cozy feeling we’d hoped for. It was tolerable for a two‑night stay, though the sofa was overly soft and saggy, essentially serving as an extra bed we never used.

“Esperienza deludente e amara”

The village itself is charming, but the house sits up a hill so you have to lug your luggage up the slope by hand. We booked three nights for a family stay but left after the first night because the basic comfort and service fell far short of what was promised. The ground‑floor temperature was freezing and we couldn’t warm the room; cold drafts came in through the door, forcing us to eat breakfast in our coats. Water was absent from the evening until around noon the next day, and although we called reception at 08:00, the fix didn’t arrive until roughly four hours later, leaving us to use a bucket as an emergency toilet. Showers were impossible both that night and the following morning, and when it rained water leaked onto the upper floor near the bed. We documented everything with photos and video, reported the issues promptly and asked for a refund for the unused nights, but the owner has not replied yet. I’m writing this to share exactly what happened; future guests should double‑check the accommodation’s condition, fault‑handling and support before arriving.

“L’importante in un soggiorno è la compagnia”

The building is up high in the village, so a car could be at risk of ice. Inside the house there’s a staircase without protection. The sofa bed needs to be renovated.
