The place we stayed had no sound insulation, so we could hear the upstairs tenants as if they were in our own apartment; the staff seemed aware of the issue.

The décor was gorgeous and the balcony was truly remarkable; we had animals right next to us that we could interact with, which was so calming and all felt genuine and well‑maintained. The interior of the accommodation was so different from what we’ve stayed in before, and the home‑like feel was wonderful. The internet service was poor, but in such a beautiful place and accommodation I don’t think anyone would notice that, especially with the nature and the animals you can get so close to!

The vistas were stunning and the vibe was great, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. The price felt a bit high, and it seemed the design was prioritized over comfort. Hygiene standards could use a bit of work.

The hotel's aesthetic was truly exceptional, but unfortunately, it was let down by a few key issues. The rooms lacked soundproofing, which made for a poor sleeping experience, and the breakfast options could have been more varied. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's design and layout were impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail.
