They never mentioned that only married couples were allowed, yet they told us afterward that we were not allowed to stay because we were unmarried. We arrived at 11 PM, and after that they said, “oh, we forgot, only married couples are allowed,” and denied us a room, even though no such rule was stated before. The staff were very rude, and the overall experience was terrible.

Unmarried couples were not allowed, and this wasn’t mentioned during booking. I was very disappointed, especially after traveling a long distance. It was a very bad experience in that city.

Location. Attitude of the staff SURYA Not ready to recognise booking thru and insist repeat booking with advance. I have paid and made fresh booking . I think you should remove this hotel from booking. Com site. Not even drinking water in the room when by early morning 0300 hrs
