“My stay was ok.the place is situated perfectly for Maseru visit, but way too way to Lesotho’s attractions”

The staff were super welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was too small; the toilet in room 13 was way too small and too close to the bed, making it suitable only for one person, not a couple.

“Decent facility but nothing grand as the pictures portray”

Located on a cliff, it offers beautiful views at night. The standard rooms are so tiny that I could hardly close the toilet door while using it. The lack of a reading desk and low internet connectivity forced me to work and hold online meetings at the restaurant, which was inconvenient. A standard room is not recommended for business travelers needing a private space to work.

“Mixed bag. Place is good but the whole process of using Booking.com sounds makes one feel scammed”

The facility did not respond. I checked the communications—they never replied about airport pickup. When I called the number they provided, +266 5999 2499, they said sorry we don’t pay attention to it, and that I should use +266 6269 4042 instead, which they responded to. They also told me they would put me in the undercroft because the rooms advertised on the site are the worst ones. It’s an undercroft where the internet doesn’t reach. They advised me to book directly next time if I want a good room. I found the whole thing ridiculous and doubt whether they should be there.
