Feeling like Mr. Big in NYC was a blast—especially with that red wall in the financial district. We snagged one of the larger suites and it was perfect. The neighborhood is chill and close to subways and buses. The staff were great, especially the receptionist with a sweet French accent who was very helpful. The elevator, however, was the slowest I've ever ridden in my 30 years.

The location and the old, nice building were great. The building needs renovation; the floor material is worn and noisy, and the elevator is extremely slow.

The room was very nice and the view of the financial district was great, plus the housekeeping service was excellent. The hallway carpet and one of the two elevators were unusable, some room furniture was a bit dated, and the toilet didn’t flush well.
