The lobby was the highlight. The room itself was terrible, feeling old and moldy; preserving heritage is fine, but neglecting maintenance isn’t.

The overall vibe was pleasant. Room service was lacking, water was scarce, and there was no mat in front of the bathroom.

Situated near the CP and India Gate, it’s convenient for walking tours over 2‑3 days, with a variety of nearby restaurants and a diverse breakfast. Some room equipment feels outdated, but it’s generally acceptable. Nighttime noise comes from traffic and parties at the Shangrila hotel, and the beer is overpriced and subpar.
