No positives. The cleanliness was poor, the rooms didn’t match the price, and the photos were far from reality.

The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious, but it was infested with bugs—so many in the beds that we had to cancel the rest of our stay.

Check‑in was easy at any hour and the hotel sits on the main road; a couple of shops, a shawarma spot, and a juice shop are right next door, and a taxi to Masjid e Nabwi costs 10 SAR. The bed was comfortable, there was a small fridge, the air conditioning worked well, and the lift was always operational. The washroom could be cleaner; there was no place to put shampoo or soap in the shower, and no cups or glasses for toothpaste or a brush.

Reception was good, but there were cockroaches in the room and the bedding was not clean.
