I would recommend it 100 % – the location is quiet yet central, the rooms are thoughtfully furnished with everything you need, the breakfast buffet surpasses all expectations, and both the staff and the owner are warm, friendly, and helpful, making guests feel completely at home.

The Hotel Restaurant is excellently situated in the center of Hauenstein, at the junction of quiet little streets. Its overall vibe is warm in both the room and the hotel, especially thanks to the use of wood. The room had plenty of storage, lighting options to adjust brightness, and a very clean, modern bathroom. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes for all tastes at lunch and dinner, and breakfast is also very rich and varied. Finally, the hotel is an excellent starting point for all kinds of hikes, as it is surrounded by very wooded hills. The setting is therefore very inspiring, and there’s also a large outdoor pool (50 m) with a very family‑friendly atmosphere a few minutes on foot. The local life is well integrated with nature.
