The staff were extremely helpful.

“Below average.”

The property’s location is excellent, right next to Pandurangwadi metro station, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. However, I was extremely disappointed; nothing met my expectations. The room was heavily overpriced and lacked the basic amenities I had booked. After I complained, I was moved to a different room the next day, showing a total lack of organization. Cleanliness was poor, the bathrooms were noticeably dirty, and there was no proper Wi‑Fi in the room.

They didn’t even let us inside because we weren’t Indians, and they never mentioned that non-Indians aren’t allowed—what a mess. I haven’t even seen the property inside.
