The location is excellent. Very clean, the staff is very nice, thank you for the little detail in my birthday, the location is the best

The staff were excellent and the location was not far from Gran Via. Shops are on your doorstep. Short walk to metro. Rooms were a good size and the bed comfortable. The welcome pack of snacks, water and juice was appreciated. The air‑conditioning in the room was very welcome! The bathroom had a bit of wear and tear and some mould in the tiled shower. On a very busy pedestrian avenue and our room overlooked the street, so it was very noisy most of the night.
