The location is great, the room looks lovely, and the buffet selection for breakfast and dinner is especially noteworthy. However, charging hotel guests 10 to 15 € per car per day for parking (depending on whether the spot is outside or in the garage) feels excessive, and the 22,00 € fee per table reservation is also inappropriate for a hotel of this category.

The direct connection to the thermal spa was fantastic, and the staff were generally very friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were lavishly stocked, and the scenery was beautiful. On the downside, there was no assigned table, making it difficult for me to find a suitable spot with my mobility impairment. The self‑service at the buffet didn't suit us; my wife spent a long time feeding both of us. There was also a wait at the reception, and a 200‑Euro voucher was not honored because of a reference to the booking.

The hotel was very beautiful, neat inside and out. The restaurant was amazing, and I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such a wide selection and such fresh dishes. The bath was also lavish. The managers were very accommodating.
