“More than adequate for more than a one night stay”

The spot is handy and checking in felt smooth, but the rooms are set up nicely yet offer almost no desk area if you want to use the kitchen. The parking area lacks signs and there's no guidance on where the lift is.

Organizational skills were terrible, getting a tax invoice was ridiculous, overall a shit show, and breakfast was not good or worth the money.

“Will not be staying here again for that price.”

A room for 2 nights. The state of the harbour tower is that of neglect. Instructions on how to get in and out of the building were poor, and it was hard to navigate, we met a heap of people having the same trouble. it honestly felt like we were just shoved to the southern tower as opposed to the more glamorous sebel tower, when asked how we get from reception to the "lobby" of harbour tower we were directed outside through a gate and around the pool, as opposed to the internal route through the sebel tower lobby. 1 thin little blanket on each bed, alot of the room features were run down, Cabinetry that was falling apart, been poorly repaired, poor appliances, main tv wouldnt connect to any channels, or wifi so was useless. The outdoor spa was out of order, games in the "games room" out of order, missing strip around the coping of the pool leaving bare concrete, fixings, rust exposed, decking boards deteriorated and lifting around the pool. Honestly for the $900 per night i was very disappointed
