Excellent modern hotel, with a wonderful restaurant, gym and especially convenient for us – a laundry room with a steamer. The location was convenient for us – between my work site and the West Lake area. Taxi drivers had trouble finding the place even when given the Chinese address and name.

This hotel offers spacious rooms at an affordable price, but the lack of soundproofing can be a significant drawback, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay.

While the hotel's location is convenient, the language barrier with the staff can make it challenging to communicate and get assistance.

Unfortunately, the hotel's air conditioning system failed for two days, making the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient.
