The hotel's exceptional service, from the moment we arrived, made our stay truly unforgettable.
The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the location was comfortable and peaceful.
The hotel's facilities were impressive, but the lack of privacy was a significant drawback.
However, the guest felt that some of the additional amenities, such as the TV, should be included in the price.
