“The Ideal Hotel for a Weekend Stay Near Lopburi”
Most Lopburi hotels are average, so I gave this hidden gem a try. The city center is about 15 minutes away, but that's fine if you have a car. The room was good, Wi‑Fi was stable, and the shower had hot water. Need snacks or drinks? A 7‑Eleven is a 5‑minute walk away. The hotel feels overpriced for its remote location and what you get. There's no breakfast, gym, sauna, or pool. Also, the roads to the hotel get VERY dark at night, so arrive before sunset. A railway track runs right next to the building, but fortunately trains pass only 4‑5 times at night.
“Nice, good value for money”
Good facilities and lovely security staff; no complaints except some hard pillows, which is probably more a getting‑used‑to issue than a comfort problem. It would be very, very nice if they added a lounge‑like area where one could enjoy drinks or spend evenings outside the room. Other than that, not much to fault.
I was grateful that the hotel had warm water in the shower and Netflix, which made my stay somewhat enjoyable. However, I encountered several issues, including a frustrating payment process - I couldn't pay in advance, and when I tried to pay on site, the staff struggled with the card reader and didn't have any change on hand. The front desk staff also seemed a bit too relaxed, with one lady plucking her eyebrows while on duty, which was unprofessional.
“It was alright. Suggest receptionist tell guest about breakfast when checking in. They didn’t do t”
My room was cancelled without permission. The hotel doesn't accommodate guests arriving after midnight, so they can’t assign a room. Contact the hotel directly by email or phone before canceling.
The staff were very good. We travelled by train to the hotel; the staff met us at the station and sent us back on the return train.
