Everything was very well taken care of. The breakfast was plentiful and made with fresh pastry products. It’s only 300 metres from Via Etnea, close to everything. I’ll definitely come back because I often visit Catania. Nothing to report.

Adriano was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, arranging a vegetarian breakfast with plenty of fresh local options that we appreciated, and Roberta was friendly and efficient. Adriano was always reachable for any needs or questions. The building feels authentic and the B&B décor is stunning. Our room was perfect: the beds were super comfortable, it was quiet, well equipped, and the air conditioning saved us during the heatwave. The location is great—just a short walk from Piazza Duomo, the main square in Catania, and a 500 m bus stop that serves the local beaches and the airport. Overall, we had a brilliant time at Il Moresco and would recommend this B&B. The only thing to note is that the reception and rooms are on the second floor, but that didn’t bother us.

The location, design, staff welcome, and breakfast were all great. The room had a sewer smell and the soundproofing was terrible.
