The location was good, as was the hygiene. Comfort was basic but sufficient. They let us drop off our luggage after check‑out. I wish there was someone to contact directly instead of only via WhatsApp, and I’d have liked a kettle to heat water.

The location was great, close enough to the city center that you can walk without needing transport. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room is above some shops, so I could hear a constant murmur of voices all night even with the windows closed. Not ideal for people who are sensitive to noise or for those with children.

Good location, close to great restaurants and a beautiful centre. The beds were good, we didn’t have a great view but that didn’t bother us much. Every day new clean towels on a clean bed. Maybe some hooks for clothes on the wall and a map with Wi‑Fi details and city information would help.

We slept the night before in a 4‑star hotel for 10 € more; if we had known there was no physical reception, all administrative steps would have to be done by yourself, and we could hear people in the room talking…
