We really enjoyed our stay at Quinta do Grande Lago. The place is pleasant and quiet, with a nice pool and a breakfast that offers a good variety. We appreciated the mini fridge in the room, the TV and the air conditioning, as well as the table and chairs outside, which were very useful for enjoying the space. As areas for improvement, we found most of the outdoor chairs were broken. It would also be important to provide, ideally, two towels per guest. In our case, we stayed in a triple room and only two bath towels were left, which was not enough for the three of us. Since the property has a pool, it would also be helpful to have some space or a simple solution in the rooms to hang wet towels and clothes. Another aspect that could be improved is the check‑in process, making it more autonomous. We had to contact the owner because we had not received the room number or the door code beforehand. For those arriving at night, we also felt that the space has little lighting, which makes it hard to locate the room and move around the property. It would also be useful to provide each room with important information, such as breakfast hours and other services offered by the estate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good weekend, enjoying the good weather and the facilities of the Quinta. With a few of these small adjustments, the guests’ experience could be even better.

“Agradável e relaxante”

I really liked the peace and quiet of the place. The room was comfortable and had a very pleasant private outdoor space. The pool was also excellent and the whole accommodation had a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was very good and completed a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I recommend it!
