I had specifically requested a wake-up call at 9:00 AM, as I had been quite unwell through the night and was down with a viral infection and fever. Instead, I was woken up at 8:00 AM by a housekeeping staff member in connection with an early check-out. Under normal circumstances, I understand that mistakes can happen. However, I was travelling alone and was severely unwell, and I had specifically requested a 9:00 AM wake-up call. In that context, being woken an hour earlier is particularly disappointing (I couldnt sleep after that at all) What I find difficult to understand is how a guest who had specifically requested a 9:00 AM wake-up was woken at 8:00 AM in connection with an early check-out. This was not a routine inconvenience for me given that I had been unwell throughout the night and was relying on the wake-up request. I would request that this be looked into and that I be given clarity on what happened and why my specific wake-up request was not followed. Operational and service failure

“Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay,lobby area was way better n we preferred to sit there. Great staff”

The staff were at their best at work, but the linens, towels, and passage were old, rugged, and yellow; the water was filthy and the supply inappropriate; there was dust everywhere, the curtains were crushed, the dim yellow light made the room feel spooky, there was no Wi‑Fi, the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, and they wouldn’t let us use the hotspot because the network service was disabled by default; the bedside rim was so hard it hurt my thighs, the refrigerator had fungus, and the plastic water bottles were unsanitary.
