The location was great, right near several bus stops and Times Square/Hysen Place, but the bed was noticeably firm, so if you prefer softer bedding keep that in mind.

The hotel sits right by the Times Square shopping area, with a nice café right in front and a supermarket nearby, and it’s only about a seven‑minute walk to the malls and train stations. The lobby smells of jasmine, and every guest bathroom has a bidet except the public ones in the lobby. The staff were quick to help and even let us check in at 10 am for free, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. It’s hard to find a place in Hong Kong with a Japanese‑style bath like this.
