The staff was somewhat friendly, but everything else was terrible. Breakfast was limited and mediocre; there was no heating, so the food was served at 8 am and by 9 am you’d find bread with butter covered in flies, dhokla left open with flies, and parathas that had been made at 8 am and left out. The plates and bowls were dirty, the bed linen and towels were used and smelly, and even after several requests the sheets still smelled of sweat. Mini cockroaches were roaming in the corner and the curtains had a musty monsoon odor.

We arrived around 10 am and they gave us dinner on request without charging extra. However, the hotel’s cleanliness was questionable; the entire place was unclean and the sheets didn’t look new, which was quite disgusting.
