A beautiful view and attentive staff, though the path to get there was a bit tricky.
Breakfast could use more variety and an extra touch, but overall it was fine; the chilaquiles lacked cheese and protein.

The place is very pretty and ideal for relaxing, but we ran into problems and Miss Lucy tried to help, thanks for her and Mrs. Claudia's service, yet in the end it was a long, unproductive journey. The jacuzzi had lukewarm and cold water, the shower only lukewarm. The sign was wrong, it was hard to get there and nobody was waiting for us; we had to ask a neighbour to open the door. I couldn't see the church because there were no tours, as no guide was waiting for me. Including it in my itinerary really added no value. I suggest someone responsible checks the reservations and replies to messages.

Excellent service from the staff, breakfast included eggs and homemade‑flavored chilaquiles, a great massage session, and a wonderful romantic dinner; the directions were confusing but the trip was worth it.
