The hotel room was the only thing that mattered, yet the overall experience was terrible and definitely not worth the price. The breakfast was disappointing: limited options, no fruit or yoghurt, cold coffee and long wait times. Upon arrival, there was no organization at all – our reservation was unknown and we had to drive around three times. The pool looked nice but was impractical because there were no lounge chairs. On the bright side, the view was beautiful, the rooms were spotless and the receptionist was friendly. For this price we expected a lot more. In our experience, Hotel Tulip was much better and cheaper. Service, restaurant and organization urgently need improvement.
