The staff are all very polite and even offered complimentary laundry service for my clothes. The hotel’s proximity to the metro station makes getting around really easy. I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance!

The staff are super nice and helpful. The beddings are comfortable, there’s free use of a wash machine and dryer, daily room cleaning, new facilities, a great location, and a Chinese‑style breakfast buffet. Great value. No negatives.

The hotel is stunning and contemporary, even featuring a robot delivery unit for takeout orders. Heated toilet seats add a nice touch, and the room itself is spotless, roomy, and modern. At night, lights near the bed’s base automatically turn on when you get up to use the bathroom, which is a thoughtful detail. Breakfast was decent, and the staff happily let me take extra items for my son who overslept, providing as many boxes as needed. There were no major issues, but Google Maps in China is unreliable; it doesn’t pinpoint locations accurately, so we had to navigate by the station exit and the hotel’s displayed map. From the exit, turn left, walk to a bridge, then go straight ahead on the right once over the bridge. We bought food from a local vendor and tried using a translator, but she couldn’t read, so she had to ask a customer to translate. Despite these hurdles, the hotel is highly recommendable and offers great value.

This place is a wonderful spot to stay in beautiful Chongqing, with service and courteous staff that I haven’t experienced in any other hotel, even after traveling a lot and staying in decent hotels since the age of seven. Anyone who loves high standards can definitely get everything here. Breakfast was perfect, and the free light dinner impressed us, not too much but enough. Thanks for everything, and if we decide to visit again, your lovely and welcoming city will surely bring us back to your hotel.
