“Good for single travelller”

The heater, toilet, bed and breakfast were fine. But there was no telephone, no cleaning service, the fellow was thin, no slippers were provided, and the photos on the website did not match the actual room.

“Katastrophaler Service, unhygienisch und absolut nicht kinderfreundlich!”

The staff were extremely unfriendly and irritated, even for simple requests like fresh towels or toilet paper, as if it were a burden. Breakfast was already finished at 9:30 am, even though the buffet was officially open until 10:00 am. For vegans it was a disaster: there was practically nothing to eat—no fruit or plant‑based milk alternatives—and nothing was offered even after asking, despite staying three nights. Mold appeared in the bathroom and the toilet flush was broken. The hotel is not recommended for families with children at all. Unfriendly, unhygienic, poor service and no accommodation—an absolute disappointment!

Temiz ama çeşit çok az. Anlaşmalı otopark ücreti pahalı 1/2 sini ödemek başka otoparkların üzerinde

The people who rent out the place are very accommodating and truly think about you. The location is also great—close to the metro and Vatican City.
